1. Overview

BeauTeaful Teapot is a wellness-inspired tea brand offering products, mobile catering services, and event experiences. These Terms apply to all users of our website and clients of our services, including event bookings, purchases, and digital content.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates local, state, or federal laws
• Interfere with site security or functionality
• Reproduce or distribute content without written permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at any time without notice.

3. Booking & Event Policies

By booking BeauTeaful Teapot for catering or event services, you agree to:

• Submit accurate event details at time of inquiry
• Pay all deposits and fees as outlined in your invoice or agreement
• Provide adequate site access, including space, power, and any required permits

Deposits are non-refundable.. Cancellations must be made in writing.

4. Product & Service Descriptions

We aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, availability, or pricing are always error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or update details without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, videos, logos, copy, branding, and packaging — is the property of BeauTeaful Teapot and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written consent.

6. Photography & Video Rights

By attending a BeauTeaful Teapot event or booking our services, you grant us the right to photograph or film the experience and use that content for marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photos/videos, you must notify us in advance.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or tagging us in photos on social media, you grant BeauTeaful Teapot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and share your content across platforms for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment & Transactions

All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., Square). BeauTeaful Teapot does not store full credit card information.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 14 days’ notice and subject to availability.  Cancellation of the event itself less than 14 days before the Event Date, with the exception of the death of an immediate family member, there will be no refund of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeauTeaful Teapot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of our website or products
• Delays or disruptions to service
• Errors in content or pricing
• Issues caused by event location, weather, or guest behavior

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BeauTeaful Teapot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, services, or any breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of this site and our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.
